IMMEDIATE NEED for experienced Maintenance Managers to work for a leading manufacturer at their production facility in Northwest, IN. The successful candidates will be responsible for supervising and coordinating experienced technicians, craftsmen and project planners in a union plant environment to keep production operating at maximum efficiency while meeting safety goals. Candidates will also consult with production managers, plant engineers, staff professionals and outside contractors concerning the design and modification of equipment. A Bachelor's Degree in engineering is preferred. Must have a minimum three years maintenance supervisory experience in an industrial setting. Experience working in a union environment is required. Strong electrical and mechanical technical skills required. Experience with Allen-Bradley and PLCs is required. Previous heavy industry experience required. MUST be able to work rotating shifts.
