Rewarding experience for a Black Belt to lead process improvement projects and to train and mentor other staff in LSS Methodologies. This position is located in New York State, with a leading corporation in the energy industry. A Bachelors Degree is required, a Masters if preferred. The right person will have 2+ years of Black Belt Experience, along with over 7 years business experience. Process Improvement experience refers to tranasactional process improvements not manufacturing or production improvements. You must have completed at least two Black Belt projects, mentored Green Belts, and be experienced with DMADV. If you are the right person, you will lead 2-4 projects per year, coach and mentor Green Belts, coach LSS Project Champions, and delivery class room training on Lean and Six Sigma methodology and tools. This rewarding position will require a Team Player, an Innovator and a Leader, if you are up for a challenge please submit your resume and complete the screen questions to the best of your ability. • In your Black Belt experience, describe at least two Black Belt projects that you completed and how successful were the outcomes?

• In what type of businesses have your developed your experience?

• To provide the leadership necessary to lead process improvements, how strong are you in these methods: DMAIC, DFSS- DMADV and Kaizen-Lean principles? Keep in mind this does not refer to Manufacturing or Production Improvements.

• How many Green Belt training hours have your conducted? and how many Green Belts have you mentored?

• What was your latest salary? What is your desired salary for this position.
