Great opportunity, large world-wide leader in the manufacture of automobile safety components is seeking an electronic controls engineer with a minimum of 3-years hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment. You will be responsible for designing, ordering, implementing and trouble shooting electrical controls for manufacturing processes such as tablet/wafer presses, mixers/blenders, welders, robotics, assembly lines, etc. You will direct and oversee technicians in the implementation and start up of control systems. You must be familiar with PLC programming, Allen Bradley control Logix, RS Logix, HMI, visual basic, PPT Vision, Panel Builder, data acquisition, load cells, LVDT, strain gauges, Panel View, feed back loops, Fanuc Robotics, touch screens as well as other industrial controls and Auto Cad. As a minimum you must have a BS degree in Electrical Engineering or a comparable degree. A working knowledge of the National Electric Code in a propellant dust environment is desirable. The position requires very little travel and offers full benefits - 401K, paid holidays, medical and dental plans. Salary is commensurate with experience.
