A pharmaceutical client in southern Michigan is looking for a New Product Commercialization Expert. Requires BS in Chemical Engineering and 8 to 15 years experience in chemical and-or pharmaceutical manufacturing, with experience in new product introduction involving current Good Manufacturing Processes ( cGMP ) and FDA regulations REQUIRED. This person will lead teams of engineers and operations people in getting new products from the pilot plant stage to full-scale commercial production. This involves process evaluations, technical risk assessments, process development, scale-up, design, safety analysis, troubleshooting and start-up support. Lead teams to create process manuals, operating instructions, environmental and safety documentation. Excellent benefits are provided and relocation assistance is available.
