Excellent opportunity for a Technical Support Engineer with a leading global compressor company in Houston, TX. Requires a BS in Mechanical Engineering and 5+ years experience with industrial reciprocating compressors (rated from 80HP to 3000HP). This position will have responsibility for technical support issues, including service contracts, ensure superior customer satisfaction, provide technical review, support and analysis, assess and prioritize notification requests, solve client problems, implement solutions, review and propose engineering queries and coordinate with and assist FSR (Field Service Reps) where needed.
