Location: Ontario, CA, USA
Autocad Designer for a contract to hire position is now available in the Ontario, California area. Candidates will need 3 years of design experience in a manufacturing environment with 1-2 years of AutoCAD design. Experience with ASME (American Society of Mechanical Engineers) specifications relating to pressure vessels is a must. Familiarity with welding symbols and welding procedures. The designer will perform calculations using the ASME and API (American Petroleum Institute) specifications as well as various stress analysis calculations for vessel attachments. Delegate, monitor and check drafting and design work done by designer-drafter.
Questions you will be asked:

• How many years of experience do you have as an Autocad Designer? List the items you have designed to ASME specs.

• Please detail your experience with AutoCAD designs.

• Do you have any experience with ASME specifications relating to pressure vessels? Any experience with welding symbols and procedures?

• Please list any degrees or certifications you might hold.

• Are you local and-or are you willing to relocate at your own expense for a Temp-to-Perm position in Ontario, California?
