PROCESS ENGINEER needed in Des Moines Iowa for this prestigious corporation. Qualified person will have 5+ experience working in a manufacturing environment and will be versed at solving engineering problems via Six Sigma. Candidate should have working experience with polymers and synthetic and natural rubber. Daily responsibilities include ensuring products and equipment is operating according to specifications. Assisting in planning programs related to the manufacturing of the product. Recommending and initiation action on special projects that are designed to improve the product, Certifying that specifications are suitable for the production of the product this includes uniformity, weight and appearance.
Educational Requirement is a 4 year Engineering degree. Six Sigma Certification is a plus (Green belt and above). Excellent opportunity to work for a leader!

• Describe your experience as a process manufacturing engineer

• Describe your experience working with polymers and synthetic and natural rubber

• Give an example in which you were responsible for an improvement on a product -What procedures were used?

• Are you six sigma certified?
