A supplier of highly engineered electro-mechanical solenoid, sensor and pressure products is searching for a RELIABILITY/TEST ENGINEERING MANAGER with 5+ years leadership experience to work in their north central OH facility.The successful candidate will be responsible for the leadership of technicians performing Analysis, Environmental and Functional testing of automotive sensors. the candidate will be responsible for project management coordination of Lab Activities, multi-disciplinary analysis of electro-mechanical devices and development of Engineering Test Specifications. The position requires a B.S. in Engineering Discipline, 5+ years in a Technical Leadership and knowledge of FMEA, DVP&R and 8-D corrective action processes. The initial 6 months will require temporary relocation or frequent travel to central FL.
