Now Hiring!!! Telecommunications company in Pennsylvania is actively seeking a Customer Service Representative. Responsibilities include responding to customer inquires and supporting the return process while providing customers excellent service. Professionally communicate with customers via phone, fax and email. Organization and tracking of customer correspondence in order to ensure timely and accurate follow up to customer inquiries. Prior background in Customer Service, Sales or Quality is a plus!!! Experience in field service highly preferred. Associates degree is required, Technical Bachelors degree is preferred. Company very competitive salary and excellent benefits.
