IMMEDIATE NEED with a leading cement manufacturer located outside of Los Angeles, CA. Client is searching for a PRODUCTION CONTROL SUPERVISOR to join their team on a direct hire basis. The successful candidate must have a high school education along with operational and mechanical knowledge of cement processing equipment, or has significant practical experience in cement production with operational and mechanical knowledge of cement processing equipment. The PCS/Shift Foreman will be responsible for inspections of production and shipping equipment to verify that the equipment is physically performing as designed. In addition, the PCS will respond to operational problems to preclude or minimize production interruptions. Relocation assistance available. Company offers an excellent benefits package and salary is commensurate with experience.
