Location: Bronx, NY, USA
Client located in Southern New York is searching for a Project Manager. This candidate will manage a staff of 6-8 project engineers and designers as well as individually manage key projects. This candidate will be responsible for all customer communications and project cost management. This candidate will perform calculations including structural, HVAC, electrical, acoustic, etc. This position requires a Bachelors of Science in Civil or Mechanical Engineering (advanced degree MSME or MBA and a PE would be a plus). This position requires at least 4 years of related experience. AutoCAD and sheet metal manufacturing would be a plus. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment is required. Financial planning ability (short and long term) and ability to read architectural drawings is required. Relocation is available for the right candidate.

• What type of degree do you have and from what school?

• Describe your project management experience (including financial- budget responsibility).

• Do you have experience with AutoCAD or sheet metal manufacturing? If so, please briefly describe your experience.
