Experienced Mechanical/Electrical Engineer needed for an equipment manufacturer outside Boston, MA. Candidates must have experience in the technical aspects of products. This position has a great deal of customer contact and the ideal person will have experience handling warranty issues. Responsibilities include overseeing the shop and warranty repairs, customer contact including handling issues, involvement with committees within the company, trade show representation, legal issues representation, and customer product training. Travel is involved 25% - 50% of the time. Candidates must have a solid background in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. Salary commensurate with experience.
