An energy solutions company located in a suburb North of New York City is actively searching for a Senior Energy Efficiency Engineer to be responsible for preliminary engineering and development of energy conservation measures for both Design Build and Energy Performance Contracts (EPC). The Senior Energy Efficiency Engineer shall conduct energy audits in large federal, commercial and institutional facilities. With minimal supervision, this individual will identify and quantify energy conservation opportunities associated with HVAC, EMS, Building Envelope and heating and cooling systems. Responsibilities include site investigations, performing energy savings calculations, developing cost estimates and written descriptions of energy conservation measures in support of Design Build and EPC proposals and technical audits. This position requires a Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering with an advanced degree in engineering or construction management and/or PE preferred. Seven (7) plus years experience in energy analysis, and HVAC and Energy Management Systems (EMS) design. Experience identifying, screening, and developing energy conservation measures for EPC and design build projects; developing EMS control strategies to reduce energy consumption; developing detailed cost estimates for selected energy conservation measures; and interfacing with customer facility personnel. Client offer excellent compensation and benefits package with opportunity for 15% bonus. Candidates within commutable distance to White Plains preferred. Relocation may be available for an exceptional candidate.

• Describe your experience identifying, screening, and developing energy conservation measures for EPC and design build projects.

• Do you live within daily commutable distance to White Plains, NY? If not why are you interested in relocating to this area?
