Industry leader in the Oil & Gas industry located in Houston, TX, is searching for a Engineering Manager for a subsidiary.. Requirements include BS in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering, work related experienc will be considered in lieu of a degree, and 6- 10 years of hands on, direct, experience in a high volume, quality intense, broad product line elastomer and plastics molding plant. Successful candidate will have demonstrated leadership skills, be computer literate, and well developed interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
Questions you will be asked:

• Do you hold an BS in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering or technical equivalent ? In what discipline and where was it earned?

• Describe your experience where you were responsible for all new product design and testing plus upgrading where feasible of existing plastic or elastomer products? Where and when?

• Do you have a minimum of 5 years of hands on, direct experience in a high volume, quality intense, broad product line elastomer and plastics molding plant? Where and when?

• Describe your knowledge of the latest state of the art molding techniques, procedures and equipment for high strength Pheonlics, Nitrile and Hydrogenated Nitrile Elastomers, Fluorocarbon Elastomers, AFLAS, EPDM and related materials.
