EXCELLENT OPPORTUNITY for an ELECTRICAL / MECHANICAL DESIGNER Northwest of New Haven, CT. BSEE or BSME with 5 years of design and assembly experience with machine control systems and machine design is desired. Candidate will be proficient with AutoCAD 3D and be capable of developing electrical schematics and wiring diagrams for machinery along with detailing mechanical components. Candidate must have experience with the selection and sizing of electrical controls, drives, motors, operators, switches, etc. Should be familiar with PLC control systems and capable of editing PLC ladder logic programming. Mechanical design and or assembly experience is a plus.
