Position Description:
One of the worlds leading engineering companies, is seeking an experienced Master Scheduler.Scheduler will be responsible for the creation of the SAP ERP Cutover Work Breakdown Structure and the detailed cutover schedule that can be used as a basis for each specific site cutover. The Scheduler will work with the Schedule Manager and ERP Cutover Teams to ensure critical dates and strategies are understood and conveyed to the Division/Site teams.. Responsible for the creation of the cutover Work Breakdown Structures, Network Diagrams, and schedule models.. Prefer prior experience in the creation of the detailed cutover plans for an SAP ERP implementation.. Prior experience in using a deliverable oriented WBS to create understandable project schedules.. REQUIRES prior experience in creating and maintaining large MS Project schedules on MS Project Server 2003.. Creating a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and subsequent work packages for a complex Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) in MS Project 2003 (~1500 tasks) using generally accepted scheduling practices to build a dynamic project schedule with minimum task constraints. Demonstrated expertise of progressive MSPS administration skills in a complex, multi-projects environment Understanding of IT project management methodologies, processes and associated tools. Familiarity with MSPS 2007 would be an asset.
