VERY HOT NEED: Large company has an immediate need in the Mid-Atlantic area of the U.S for a Senior Contracts Manager with a BS/BA Degree or equivalent experience. Requires 5 to 10 years of prior experience in contract administration. Specific experience with infrastructure / highway / transportation projects is desired. Must have previous and proven experience in preparing proposals (RFQ) packages, proposal evaluations and award recommendations. Experience with negotiation and developing final contract documentation for contract award. Experienced with post award contract administration and contract close out. Previous experience with EPC company contracts and processes is preferred. Relocation is available for the right candidate.

• Describe your experience as a Senior Contracts Manager for large highway projects. What types of projects? What was your direct role? Explain.

• Describe your experience in contract administration? Do you have a degree? Certifications? Explain.

• Describe your experience on transportation infrastructure projects and on design-build projects. Describe your previous and proven experience in preparing proposals (RFQ) packages, proposal evaluations and award recommendations.
