Client has an IMMEDIATE NEED for a Senior Project Manager for a position in Houston. You will need a BSME or BA with 10 or more years of related experience. You need to have considerable knowledge and experience with industrial turbines and the ideal candidate will have a background in fabrication, machining or repair of industrial turbines. Other factory or job shop experience will be considered. Experience managing project schedule and cost is required. You will manage a group of Project Managers and function as a working Senior Project Manager. You will be responsible for managing projects starting at point of hand-over from marketing through completion and close-out with customer. Manage customer relationships through the project life cycle as well as the job schedule and budget. Provide project status when required. PMI certification is desired.
