Location: Huntersville, NC, USA
Searching for Degreed Engineer for a leadership position in the energy conservation industry located in Charlotte, NC. Successful candidate will have BS in Engineering or a technically related discipline and 10+ years managing, marketing, developing and growing an energy engineering department with a focus on commercial and industrial facilities. Must have demonstrated leadership skills and prior P&L responsibility. Successful candidate will be analytical, high energy, computer literate and have well developed, commercially focused, interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
Questions you will be asked:

• Do you hold a BS Engineering or a technically related degree? In which discipline and where was it earned?

• Does your experience include 10+ years managing, marketing, and developing and a growing energy engineering department in the commercial and industrial arena? Where and when

• Have you had a leadership role with P&L responsibility? Where and when?

• Using a scale of 1- 10, where 10 is the most competent, rate your skills using MS Office products including, Excel, Outlook and Power Point

• Are you available for extensive regional travel? Have you held a similar position involving business travel? Where and when?
