IMMEDIATE NEED! Manufacturing Company located in Erie, PA has an immediate opening for a New Product Implementation ( NPI ) Engineer for electronic assemblies. The Engineer MUST HAVE a BS Engineering Degree ( preferably Electronics or Mechanical) and 2+ years of New Product Implementation experience! The successful candidate will demonstrate engineering level understanding of electronic components, circuits and systems or mechanical components and systems. Must be computer literate in Microsoft Office and Windows applications, plus be able to travel 5% of the time including day and overnight travel! The NPI Engineer will be responsible for all manufacturing processes, materials, and tooling to ensure that products new to the company are assembled to customer expectations and to provide primary customer contact for New Product Introduction ( NPI ) and New Product Launch ( NPL ) activities. Will lead products through prototype, pilot and release for production builds while performing product level FMEAs and product validations as required! Will execute products transitional manufacturing requirements and process approaches. Applicant must posses good written/oral communication and presentation skills for internal and external customers!

• Discuss your experience working with either electronic or mechanical components, circuits and-or systems.
