3 Year Contract Opportunity in Sacramento CA for a Technical Support Consultant. Must be MCDST (Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician) certified with a minimum of 5 years experience troubleshooting networks, hardware, and software issues. Must have the following experience to be considered: desktop support, network architecture, and installation of switches, printers, and workstations. Demonstrated knowledge of: database design, local area networking, client/server technology, and familiarity with diagnostic tools is also required. The ideal candidate will have minimum of 1 year experience in the development of technical proposals. Must have experience with Windows XP and Lan Technology's.
