IMMEDIATE NEED! Client in Northern Colorado is actively seeking 2 Sr. Research Scientists to develop materials and processes for nanoscale deposition and new chemistries for chamber clean and wafer etch. Candidates should have experience in handling high and low pressure gases, and be competent in working with toxic and reactive, pyrophoric and low vapor pressure materials with a good knowledge of analytical instrumentation. See below for specific requirements for each position. Company offers excellent benefits, including relocation for the right candidate.

Sr. Research Scientist A: requires detailed knowledge of molecular modeling and molecular interactions between molecules and surfaces. Candidate must have fundamental understanding of reaction and surface adsorption/desorption kinetics, along with intra and inter-molecular thermal and non-thermal decomposition mechanisms. Hands-on experience with key techniques such as GC, GC/MS, FTIR spectroscopy and CRDS or other moisture analysis approach is required. Candidate should also have a good understanding of the fundamental reactions and interations in silicon based semiconductor etch and chemical vapor deposition processes. Candidate should possess a Ph.D. in chemistry, engineering, or related field. Minimal industrial experience accepted if educational research projects were conducted in relevant field of study. Salary will range from $60-$75k, based on experience.

Sr. Research Scientist B: will focus on application development in silicon based semiconductor processes. Must have a fundamental understanding of chemical reaction kinetics and material science as well as process knowledge for existing semiconductor processing platforms. This position requires a Ph.D. in chemistry, engineering, or related field, 5 years of industrial experience in a relevant field and a good understanding of the fundamental reactions and interations in silicon based processes. Salary range is from $70-$85k based on experience.
