IMMEDIATE NEED for an Instrumentation Engineer with Allen Bradley/PLC controls experience to work for a leading manufacturing company in Southwest, CT. The successful candidate will be responsible for the electrical and instrumentation design of company products. Duties include design, supervising sub-contract manufacture and testing electrical systems for burner management and other control systems ensuring compliance with contract specifications, industry codes and the Quality Management System. Candidate will also be responsible for contracts primarily involving electrical systems; providing monthly reports on contract cost, invoicing forecast and status; and ensuring that equipment is manufacturing within contract budget. Must be able to serve as Liaison with project engineers, customers, suppliers and other departments to ensure scheduled contract completion. Candidate must have a Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering or similar degree with at least 3-5 years experience with an engineering or manufacturing company. I&C, PLC, controls experience related to combustion equipment or industrial boilers is preferred. Client offering competitive salary and benefits to the candidate selected for this opportunity.
