A client in the New Jersey area near New York City is searching for a Quality Assurance Manager with experience in ISO 9001:2000 standards. This person administers the company Quality Program for the manufacture of electrical transmission, distribution, and power controls systems, working with suppliers, customers, and plant personnel to address problems, improve processes and quality. Must be able to perform first articles, calibrations, run audits and apply Six Sigma methodology to improve quality. Experience testing electrical components, and using Coordinate Measuring Machines ( CMM ) such as Mitutoyo, is a plus. Requires a BS in Business, Science, or Engineering, and at least 5 years experience. Excellent benefits are provided and relocation assistance is available for the right candidate.
