A company located in Northeast Arkansas has an immediate need for a Service Installation Manager. This position has the responsibility of maintaining new and existing company provided conveyor systems located in North America. This individual will work with staff in house, delegate to facility management teams at locations, or take the hands-on approach to make repairs and maintain these conveyors at the service site. The Service Installation Manager will be representing the company while at the customers facility requiring professional courtesy at all times. The Service Installation Manager will be traveling at least 50% of the time requiring the manager receive a company vehicle, laptop computer, cell phone, and travel expenses. This position is best suited for an Electromechanical Technician type that can work on machinery, effectively communicate with customers and management, has the drive to succeed, and be able to work independently. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelors degree and have 5 years of management experience. The salary that you receive will be based on your knowledge and experience. The client has a very good benefits package including 401-K, medical and dental. In addition, the Service Manager can receive differential money for excessive travel. At this time this could mean an additional $700 a month if you meet of exceed the travel time. Local candidates are preferred for this position.
