Think Resources / Think Energy Group, an Engineering, Power Generation, Information Systems and Telecommunications recruiting firm, is hiring a well established Outside Staffing Sales Representative, to work from your home servicing clients in the DC / MD / VA area. Seeking a candidate with the ability to bring established Engineering leads in order to market and develop our Contract and Direct Hire staffing solutions for the DC / MD / VA markets.

Position Requirements:
Four year Technical College degree; degreed engineers preferred;
Minimum five- (5) years technical sales experience required. Experience in staffing, technical or engineering sales environments required or prior work history in the Oil and Gas, Energy, Petrochemical, Defense and Aviation, Pulp and Paper or Engineering industry highly desirable.

Position and Company details:
We offer a competitive base salary of $65k/yr salary plus attractive commissions (3-12%) increasing your total earning potential. Candidate is expected to reside in the area, and be able to travel extensively within the assigned sales territory. Position amenities include car allowance, company laptop, paid Internet and cellular service. Questions you will be asked:

• Describe your OUTSIDE sales experience in any of the following areas: Engineering Sales environments, Oil & Gas, Energy, Defense & Aviation, Petrochemical, Pulp & Paper, Engineering Staffing or Government Contracts.

• Are you interested in 80-90% outside sales in the DC-VA-MD area? Where do you currently live?

• Are you comfortable making 4-8 face-to-face client visits each day, many cold calls?

• List your education and degree.

• Why are you leaving your present job? What is your desired base + commission?
