Operations Team Leader - Nuclear/SRO License/PWR

Immediate Openings for a Sr and Staff Operator Instructors in Southern Mississippi, Southern Louisiana, Massachusetts and Arkansas. Company is a leader in Nuclear Services. Candidate will interface with line personnel to analyze performance needs and recommend appropriate training solutions. Analyze, design, develop, implement, and evaluate training materials and programs using systematic approach to training. Candidate will administer and coordinate training programs for sites and corporate groups as assigned. Candidate must have at least 5 years experience in a commercial nuclear plant. Candidate must have SRO license or certification on BWR for the states of (MA, LA, and MS) and PWR for (AR), or both. All candidate please apply now as there are SR and Staff level positions. Relocation will be offered for the right candidate.
Questions you will be asked:

• List any Commercial Nuclear experience as a Operator Instructor in detail.

• Do you have an SRO License on BWR, PWR, or both?

• List any experience analyzing, designing, developing, implementing, and evaluating training materials and programs using systematic approach to training in the Nuclear Industry.

• Do you have any experience in a Commercial Nuclear Plant?

• Please list which location you are applying for. (The MS, MA, and LA require SRO license on BWR while the AR require PWR).
