Very well known company in the Raleigh, NC area seeks a Electrical Engineer to provide electrical design for all types of commercial building projects from inception to complete construction. MUST be a PE, all others need not apply! In this role, you will prepare studies of various HVAC and plumbing systems, and provide recommendations of best methods based on economic analysis. Primary responsibilities include complete detail design and documentation; managing projects; proper presentation of construction documents; preparing specifications for specific equipment; and quality assurance. To apply for this position, you must have at least 8 years proven experience in HVAC, Commercial design. Project management experience strongly preferred. Candidate must have experience in Hydronic systems, load calculations, LEEDS. Candidates applying for this position must be proficient with AutoCAD.
