Exciting PROCESS ENGINEER career growth opportunity at a top notch firm in Northeast Texas. Junior and Senior Positions. Requires BS Engineering Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Pulp and Paper, Industrial, or equivalent relevant academic degree and a minimum of 3 to 12+ years in a technical or operational assignment including 2 to 5+ years experience as a process engineer in a manufacturing environment. WILL CONSIDER candidates with new MS Degree in the same disciplines with at least 3.0 average with no experience. A PLUS to have experience with manufacturing analysis tools such as: StatGraphics (SPC, DOE, etc.), PIMS/Plant Applications, Six Sigma and Lean manufacturing tools.

Position will team in developing and optimizing solve manufacturing processes. Will support operation and production applying manufacturing analysis tools measuring manufacturing production, reliability, and cost metrics; perform root cause analysis for operating issues; lead projects and improvements of up to $1 million in value; interface with engineering, operations and reliability teams; evaluate processes for cost savings developing cost benefit analyses and improvement recommendations; and review proposals of outside vendors of processing controls and equipment upgrades.
