A very good client located in South Florida is actively searching for an Account Manager to handle sales turnkey projects. This position is required to specify all new and retrofit HVAC opportunities. The Account Manager will use their knowledge of HVAC systems and control devices so as to build long term relationships with customers, promote sales, and maintenance programs. Some of the responsibilities of this position are: collect data and information for project needs, use information to determine needs of the customer, select and price equipment and controls, present pricing proposals to customers, manage project status as needed, and provide information to management and customers to ensure all parties are properly informed of project status. The ideal candidate for this position will have either a bachelor's degree in engineering or business from four-year College or University, or an Associates degree from technical or Union school, or 4-10 years HVAC experience. The Account Managers salary consists of a base salary plus commission. Experience, knowledge and previous work experience will determine the base salary. The typical generate salary of an Account Manager is in the 6 figure range. The client offers a very good benefits package.
