Our client located in the Pacific Northwest has an immediate requirement for a Senior RF Design Enginneer. A BS in Engineering or equivalent and 5 years experience is required. Job duties are to design embedded RF circuitry from concept to production for low cost wireless communications products, including digital signal processors, RF filters, synthesizers, VCOs, power amplifiers, integrated circuit transceivers, and antennas; conduct RF circuit measurements using laboratory spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes, network analyzers; assist with EMI/RFI conformance testing and environmental testing, PCB layout and mechanical packaging designs and to participate in field studies,system test activities,project planning, develop formal specifications, and participate in all phases of system modeling, development and test. Further Qualification are experience with 900MHz, 2.4GHZ bands, antenna design for embedded systems, PCB trace, chip; familiarity with networking concepts, protocols and wireless communications standards such as IEEE 802.11x, IEEE 802.15.4, ANSI C12.22; and ZigBee.The ideal candidate must have good verbal and written communication skills and be able to work directly with customers and vendors.
