Immediate need for Production Supervisors with a leading food company in the Raleigh/Durham area. Requires Associates or BS degree in a technical discipline and 3+ years experience, with 1+ as a supervisor, in food processing and/or food packaging operations in a high volume food manufacturing environment. Must have solid experience and leadership abilities in effectively building and supervising hourly teams in meeting quality and production goals while maintaining safety, being skilled at conflict management, and supporting continuous improvement effort programs. Could be assigned to 4 different shift schedules = three 12-hr days + one 4-hr day on Wed,: 6am -> 6pm, or 6 pm -> 6am Sun, Mon, Tues; 6am -> 6pm, or 6 pm -> 6am Thu, Fri, Sat.
