EXCITING OPPORTUNITY in the Los Angeles, CA area for a Dye House Manager who has a minimum of 7 years work progressive work experience and at least 3 years in a management role in carpet dying. You MUST HAVE: hands on working knowledge and experience with the carpet dying; leadership and supervision, quality improvement, safety, employee motivation and development; excellent communication skills in English and Spanish; experienced with Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing processes; willing to work a flexible schedule that will include weekends. Reporting to the Vice President of Operations, your responsibilities will include: departmental operations; meeting departmental cost objectives; review order and production schedules; determination of work force.
