Our client, a well established mechanical construction and estimating company in the Bronx, is actively searching for an experienced Autocad Piping Draftsperson to join their organization. To qualify, it is REQUIRED that you have strong AutoCAD skills with the capability of producing piping shop drawings and exhibit a good knowledge base of publishing and Autocad experience (preferably in the field). In addition, you MUST be able to show your familiarity and ability to work with different piping systems. If you have worked in the construction of water treatment and waste treatment facilities, it will be considered a definite plus and beneficial in this position. Please note that the salary listed is an approximation and will be determined based on your experience and education. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a well established company so all qualified candidates are encouraged to apply.
Questions you will be asked:

• On a scale of 1 to 10 (with 10 being the highest), please rate your knowledge level and experience with each: a) Autocad, b) Piping Shop Drawings, c) Publishing.

• Briefly describe your experience working in the construction of water treatment and-or waste treatment?

• On a scale of 1 to 10 (with 10 being the highest), please rate and give a brief explanation of your experience with the following: a) working with different piping systems, and b) Producing mechanical piping shop drawings.

• What is your current salary range? If offered this opportunity, what are your salary requirements and when would you be available to begin?
