Immediate Opening for a Broadcast Design Engineer in Northern Virginia near DC. Client designs audio visual facilities for the government, military and commercial clients using CAD and VidCad. Qualified candidates must be clearable, proficient in CAD and have substantial experience designing VTC, audio visual presentation facilities, as well as command & control centers. Candidate should also comprehensive, in-depth experience in developing technical solutions and conceptual engineering design specifications that meet customer requirements along with Creating equipment lists; floor plans; rack and console elevations; conceptual and detailed RF, audio, video, networking and control diagrams; patch panel and custom I/O panel layouts for large-scale technical systems. It is also preferred that the candidate have experience AMX Programming and designing television studios. Please see also related position Think Job Order Number 73950.
Questions you will be asked:

• List any experience in detail designing audio visual facilities for the government, military and commercial clients using CAD and VidCad.

• What experience do you have with AMX Programming and designing television studios?

• List all experience with the following: designing VTC, audio visual presentation facilities, as well as command & control center.

• Have you ever Created equipment lists; floor plans; rack and console elevations; conceptual and detailed RF, audio, video, networking and control diagrams; patch panel and custom I-O panel layouts for large-scale technical systems? If so explain in detail.

• List any Degrees or Certificates you may have.
