Business Development Manager - Chemical/Utilities/Account Management

A global chemical company is actively searching for a National Account Manager and Commercial Development Manager Alkali for a direct hire position. Candidates will report to the Philadelphia office, but can work remotely with an easy commute to an international airport. Company is looking to interview immediately upon submission on resumes!

Responsibilities:

-> Utilities account manager servicing existing across the United States
-> Commercial Development Manager responsible for identifying and qualifying new commercial opportunities
-> Coordination with manufacturing and technical efforts to ensure commercial success in growth areas for alkali
-> You will have interaction with manufacturing to ensure the manufacturing organization will have information required to further develop processes that meets the need of the market
-> You will work directly with the New Business Development Manager to build short and long-term strategies for the business
-> National Account Manager will have responsibility for revenues totaling $10 million dollars and $4 million in profits over standards

Requirements:

-> 5-10 years minimum in sales and marketing of technical products, chemicals preferred
-> Minimum 5 years experience selling into the utilities or environmental equipment market. Industry contacts a strong plus
-> BS in a technical field (Chemistry or chemical engineering preferred), MBA strongly recommended
-> Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills including the ability to manage by influence required. High energy, ambition, and desire for growth essential
-> The candidate should be a strong independent self starter with a passion for learning and development
