Location: Eagan, MN, USA
Interviewing the week of September 8, after the Labor day holiday. Contract opportunity in south metro Minneapolis - St. Paul, MN for an experienced construction documentation project coordinator. Working in corporate office in support of Project Managers and construction support personnel in the field.

Responsibilities:

-> Reporting to Manager of Procurement and interface with Project Procurement Managers and Project Managers, and other staff members
-> Coordinate and manage construction documents for projects
-> project teams in activity related to materials supply and subcontractor management
-> Organizational planning skills needed and management of time, details, and prioritize work to meet deadlines in support of team on project
-> Reconciles and processing invoices
-> Data entry of subcontractor and supplier contracts, service orders, and purchase orders

Requirements:

-> Must have Associates or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, BS or BA, or demonstrated equivalent procurement specialist experience
-> Must be proficient with MS Office Suite for documentation coordination and support - Word, PowerPoint, Excel & Outlook
-> Oversee and coordinate the efficient processing and recording of communications, supplier documents, design documents, and construction documents
-> Supply chain management or equivalent certification is helpful
-> Must have strong communication and entry level negotiation skills
-> Manage, index and track Nondisclosure Agreements and insurance for subcontractor and suppliers

Questions you will be asked:

• Do you have an Associates or Bachelor degree in Records Management, Business Administration, Procurement, Construction Management, Engineering, or demonstrated equivalent procurement specialist experience ?

• Explain your level of expertise with MS Office ?

• Have you supported construction projects ?

• Do you have a Supply Chain Management or equivalent certification ?

• What is your knowledge of FAR requirements ? Have you worked with General Wage Determination, and or Certified payroll reports as it relates to project requirements ?
