Project Manager - Infrastructure/Mechanical/Electrical

A property management company is actively seeking a Project Manager to work in Downtown Atlanta. Applicants please note, this is a 4-6 month contract opportunity with contractor benefits available!

Responsibilities:

-> Handle invoices and schedule appointments
-> Manage other contractors on the project
-> Perform upgrades on HVAC systems, lighting systems, and water systems

Requirements:

-> Experience in managing projects involving electrical and mechanical infrastructure
-> BSME or BSEE
-> 10+ years experience with Project Management
-> Electrical Engineer with a PE License is preferred but not required
-> Experience with HVAC, lighting, and water systems
