Location: Fresno, CA, USA
Excellent long term career opportunity for a qualified Plant Manager with a leading Structural Steel Fabrication company in South Central California.

Responsibilities:

-> Efficiently manages all structural steel production at the plant
-> Supervises from 75 to 100 production personnel
-> Maintains lean manufacturing and continuous improvement objectives
-> Manages facility operation and maintenance
-> Responsible for plant safety and training

Requirements:

-> BS degree required (Industrial Engineering and/or manufacturing related would be a plus)
-> 12 years steel fabrication shop operations experience
-> Includes at least 3 years of steel fabrication shop management experience
-> Skilled leader and communicator
-> Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement background a strong plus
-> Solid fabrication shop background in structural steel assemblies for large commercial buildings such as schools, airports, hospitals, etc
-> Adept trainer and operations manager and scheduler
-> Fabtrol Project Management System background a strong plus
