Worldwide manufacturing company seeks Maintenance Planner to provide technical support and preventive maintenance in it's southern Missouri facility.

Responsibilities:

-> Provide technical support and direction to facilitate and plan all aspects of the maintenance department's jobs pertaining to work orders and preventive maintenance (trouble shooting, major overhauls, critical downtimes and Failure Analysis)
-> Develops Bill of Material (B.O.M.) and Estimates total work costs (parts and labor)
-> Make sketches/ drawings as required
-> Use breakdown reports to recommend and implement corrective action, preventive/ predictive maintenance, and continuous improvement
-> Compiles reports and work orders related to safety and sanitation
-> Analyze equipment failures and recommend/ implement corrective action
-> Lead the implementation, training, and utilization of the predictive maintenance technologies, including vibration analysis, laser alignment, high-speed camera, ultrasonic leak detect, and others
-> Lead troubleshooting, testing, repair, replacement, adjustment, calibration, and cleaning of system components and devices for predictive maintenance
-> Lead efforts to repair, calibrate and/ or make adjustments based on diagnosis of predictive maintenance data
-> Comply with QCMS (Quality Control and monitoring systems) requirements for Maintenance/ Engineering department
-> Utilize SAP system to document maintenance activities

Requirements:

-> Extensive knowledge of mechanical equipment, components, and parts with background in industrial, mechanical, electrical and/ or computer systems
-> Able to read and work to the indicated accuracy, specifications and tolerance as detailed on engineering drawings, machine assembly prints, machine construction prints, blueprints, sketches, equipment manuals and vender diagrams
-> Able to set up and operate shop equipment such as electrical drills, pipe cutters, pipe benders, pipe threads, electric hammer drills, bearing pullers, conduit benders, power saws, drill press, lathes, and hand tools in support of repair and new installation work
-> Bending, squatting, kneeling, sorting, ascending, and descending moves up to 50 pounds
-> Hold and grip objects
-> Manual dexterity necessary to operate equipment and disassemble and reassemble equipment
