An innovative, multi-disiplined engineering firm is actively seeking a Construction Engineer / Division Manager for their Houston, TX location

Responsibilities:

-> Provide overall administrative and technical direction for the field and engineering staff in the department
-> Oversee total construction management to ensure that projects are conducted in accordance with design, budget, and schedule
-> Interface with clients, engineers, vendors and subcontractors
-> Plan, coordinate and supervise field activities of field employees on assigned projects

Requirements:

-> Requires strong project management and leadership skills
-> BS degree from an accredited university with an emphasis in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
-> Must have a detailed understanding of all aspects of construction from technology, equipment, methods, procedures and standards
-> Must have managed a group of 5 or more
-> Experience in wastewater treatment plant expansions, underground utilities, paving projects ground storage tanks, elevated tanks, water wells, sewer rehabilitation and project management software ie a plus

-> 4 1/2 day work week
-> Company paid benefits including 401K profit sharing plan where company contributes 50 cents to the dollar
