World class bearing manufacturer has immediate need for a Corporate Quality Assurance Specialist at its suburban Philadelphia location to assist with initiating, organizing, monitoring, facilitating, training, controlling and auditing all aspects of the corporations quality system.

Responsibilities:

-> Provides advice and training on the development, continuos improvement and administration of quality system at all levels
-> Collects, organizes, monitors and distributes information related to the functions of the quality department to ensure proper operation of the quality system
-> Communicates information on latest standards, procedures and requirements to all levels of the organization, customers and suppliers
-> Interfaces with customers and suppliers on quality-related issues
-> Maintenance and control of corporate first, second and third tier documents (Quality Systems Manuals, Corporate Business Plan, Organizational Charts)
-> Assists in training and continuous improvement of quality system
-> Training of employees on the Corporations Quality Systems and all aspects of ISO 9001 Standards Series
-> Maintenance and control of all industry standards (military, ASTM, ANSI, API, ASME, ISO, SAE, etc.)
-> and maintenance of audit materials (audit master checklist, audit reports w/checklists, corrective action reports)

Requirements:

-> BS Degree may be engineering, business or business administration
-> Three to five years experience as Quality Assurance Specialist in a manufacturing environment following ISO 9001 standards
-> Well developed administrative skills
-> Extensive knowledge of ISO 9001 and quality related standards
-> Proficiency with MS Office
