Growing company with innovative technology located near Pittsburgh, PA has an immediate need for a Quality Engineer with 4+ years experience. Specific experience working with electro-mechanical products is a plus.

Responsibilities:

-> Review and evaluate contractual quality requirements in specifications and drawings
-> Plan and implement quality assurance programs such as inspection plans, measurement methods, recording forms, quality methods and procedures, statistical methods to control and evaluate process capabilities
-> Review and approve drawings, routing specifications, and procedures
-> Perform process surveillances, and internal and supplier audits
-> Assist in the preparation and maintenance of quality program manuals and related department and divisional procedures

Requirements:

-> B.S. degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering or related field
-> Successful quality track record associated with investigating and resolving problems with products, processes, documentation, and inspection methods
-> Experience interfacing with all levels of personnel within the organization as well as suppliers and customer representatives
-> Knowledge of ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code (NCA-3800 and NCA-4000)
-> Familiarity with ISO 9001
-> Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
-> Experience with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
