Location: Centennial, CO, USA
Contract position in Denver for a CUSTOMER SUPPORT Specialist.

Responsibilities:

-> Responds to all customer requests for service, to answer all customer inquiries and correct problems and offer solutions

Requirements:

-> Assists in HVAC and appliance repair, and other services offered through the company service plan and assists customers in account inquiries, adjustments, cancellations, reimbursements
-> Analyzes and resolves customer problems and complaints. Dispatches service requests to appropriate contractors
-> Sells and promotes energy products and services through various marketing strategies
-> Large call center environment along with Previous Workforce or Resource Management or MIS Reporting Analyst experience is preferred. Strong Acces, Excel, database management and report creation experience preferred

• Are you interested in a contract position? Please detail your customer service skills to assist customers in HVAC and appliance reapir, and other services offered through the company service plan and abilities to assist customers in account inquiries, adjustments, cancellations, reimbursements.

• Highlight your experience in a large call center environment. Rate your skills with Workforce or Resource Management, MIS Reporting analysis, Acces, Excel, database management and report creation.
