Great opportunity in a beautiful location! A world-class manufacturer of products designed to improve reliability and efficiency in any electric power system, is seeking a RF Engineer for their location in the state of Washington.

Responsibilities:

-> Specify, design and test RF Hardware sub-systems for radio product line
-> Direct the efforts of technicians in taking RF measurements to verify design
-> Document the behavior and robustness of the RF Hardware using computer simulations and other standard methodologies
-> Provide time and cost estimates for RF Hardware development
-> Interface with software, manufacturing and mechanical groups as part of product development

Requirements:

-> BS or MS in Electromagnetics, Telecommunications, or EE
-> Minimum of 5 years of proven RF hardware development/design experience with software defined radios
-> MHz-GHz and Zigbee experience (working with radio frequencies)
-> Experience with RF Testing Techniques for characterizing the performance of RF hardware
-> Experience with ADS simulation software and FCC regulations
-> Experience with RF test equipment, like network analyzers, spectrum analyzers and vector signal analyzers
