A mining facility in the Fairbanks, AK area has an immediate need for a Technical Support Specialist to support computer processing systems and manage email systems. This is a permanent position and relocation assistance to Alaska will be provided for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

-> Support of computer processing systems and the management of email systems as part of an overall cooperate environment
-> Maintain servers, including daily backups of on-site servers
-> Perform printer, hardware and software support

Requirements:

-> BS or BA in Computer Science, with relevant work experience
-> Knowledge of local area networking, Ethernet, TCPIP, PC Applications, Office 2007/XP
-> Basic knowledge of telephone switch systems
-> Strong written and verbal communication skills
-> Must have a valid driver license and be presently authorized to work in the United States on a full time basis
