Electrical Technician - Electrical/Design/CAD

A company in SC is looking for a Design Technician.

Responsibilities:

-> The individual in this position will be responsible for detailed design development from conceptual designs that are created by project engineers, and technical field support for electrical design changes
-> These projects include Reactor Protection and Engineered Safeguards Systems Replacement

Requirements:

-> Experience with detailed design and technical support processes associated with major plant modifications
-> 2 year technical degree in an electrical area of study
-> Capable of solving complex technical issues with little or no supervision
-> Proven ability to work with a wide range of support groups (Planning, Scheduling, Craft, and other Engineering Groups
-> Experienced in use of Work Management System (WMS, Portal J)
-> Knowledge of digital control system upgrade processes and issues
-> Experienced in use of Microstation Version 8
