Construction Manager - Construction/ICC/Quality Control 30-60 $/hr

Location: Austin, TX, USA
Immediate opening for an Construction Quality Control Manager in the Austin, TX area. This is a position for someone with direct experience with Military Projects. A Per Diem will be considered for the right candidates. Pay Rate is an approximation, so all candidates are encouraged to apply with their pay requirements. This is a 6 month+ assignment.

Responsibilities:

-> Responsible for overall management of CQC and have the authority to act in all matters for the contractor
-> Provide direction to the Safety and Health Manager
-> Be onsite at all times during construction

Requirements:

-> ICC certification as a Commercial Building Inspector and a Residential Building Inspector
-> 5 years experience as a CQC Manager
-> Previous Government or Military Project experience is highly preferred
-> Degree in Engineering or Construction Management
