Supervisor - Payroll/ADP/Supervisor

A global manufacturer has an immediate opening for a Payroll Supervisor in their corporate office for a temp to perm position in the Dallas, TX area. This is a great opportunity to get in with an industry leader.

Responsibilities:

-> Responsible for timely and accurate day-to-day processing of multi-state, biweekly payroll including new hires, terminations, pay changes, bonuses, and garnishments
-> Provide supervision of payroll department team members
-> Act as resource for all payroll related payroll processing issues for timekeepers, HR, benefits, and 401k including problem resolution and follow up
-> Review and audit all hours, earnings, deductions, manual checks, and special actions prior to each payroll processing
-> Ensure compliance with existing controls including SOX compliance, internal audit, company policies, payroll procedures, and federal and state laws
-> Communicate with all levels of the organization effectively by responding in a timely manner and providing friendly customer service.

Requirements:

-> Four year degree in a related field and/or equivalent related work experience
-> 5 years minimum payroll experience
-> Supervisory/management experience
-> ADP Payforce software experience is required
-> Excellent communications skills both oral and written and ability to communicate with all levels in the organization
-> Attention to detail and accuracy is of the utmost importance
-> Must possess strong ethical standards regarding the handling of confidential information
