We are currently looking for a Senior Constrction Engineer
Responsibilities and tasks
Responsible for the implementation of company construction and HSE Procedures.
Responsible for day-to-day contact with assets.
Setting out health & safety standards as per company procedures within the
offshore team.
Setting workscope priorities in line with the project plan.
Assigning workscopes within the onshore completions team.
Ensuring timely delivery of input to construction workpacks and
commissioning procedures.
Ensuring quality of the deliverables is maintained in line with corporate standards and procedures.
Assist with compilation of construction jobcards/workpacks and ensure that HS & E expectations are met onshore and offshore.
Raise change requests and provides input to cost and planning departments as required.
Attends weekly clients progress meetings and provide input to weekly and monthly project reports
Occasional offshore visits to liaise with offshore team, carryout audits to ensure compliance with procedures, workpacks and to carry out team briefings in conjunction with safety and HR Departments
Qualifications & personal attributes
HNC Construction related or equivalent preferred
Electrical and Instrumentation (E&I) experience/qualifications required preferred
Able to supervise Construction and Commissioning Engineers
Offshore experience
Onshore experience in a Construction Engineering role
Offshore supervisory experience
Good leadership skills to lead others onshore and offshore
Ability to work with self motivation and confidence
Highly organised and able to prioritise jobs
